Shipping is done using one of the shipping companies we cooperate with.

Shipping methods and cost

Shipments are carried out by “ACS Courier Services”, which is our default package handler.

• Shipping is free of charge for packages costing above 60€ and weighing up to 2 kg (4.4 lbs).

• Packages with a volumetric weight above 2 kg are charged with 1 € for every kilogram.
• Bicycle shipments cost 40€ (per bicycle).
• Bicycles are not shipped before the entirety of their cost amount is transferred to our bank account or being paid by debit card.
• We offer no pay-upon-delivery services. All purchases must be done upon checkout.
